About the program

PPH will benchmark strength, agility and endurance to set individual goals for Physical Environmental Milestone Achievements (PEMA). Program principles such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Circuit Station Training (CST), using aerobic and anaerobic exercises that target lower and upper extremity body parts, are major components to achieving goals.

Overall success is ensured by harnessing behavioral dynamics such as focus, work ethic and drive to tap into the 3 primary types of learning: Visual / Audio / Kinetic. In other words... Look, Listen and Do! Proper repetition develops proficient mind and muscle memory in order to progress and compete at a higher level.
